On December 31, we symbolically shot off our ‘old’ Kinamo logo with fireworks in a little movie on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. As is custom with the start of a New Year we made a list of good resolutions for 2020. One of those resolutions was the launch of a new logo.
Why a new logo?
Kinamo was founded in 2003 under the name Firstserved. In 2020 the company exists for 17 years. Over the years there have been many milestones for Kinamo besides the name change and a new logo.
In the new logo we emphasize colors that blend into one another, rounded corners and the flexible connection between the ‘legs’ to symbolize the flexibility and full-service offer we stand for.
For 2020 it is our resolution to further broaden our full-service approach in the field of Cloud hosting, DevOps and Development. With the new logo, we have a fresh look to communicate a number of new services and initiatives we’ll launch in 2020.
The renewed logo should also further help to underline Kinamo’s core value. Kinamo means flexibility in Swahili. This flexibility translates into our support and into our vision to always strive for the best possible solution, tailored to each customer.
We have changed our logo but that doesn’t mean Kinamo has changed its core. The trusted Kinamo as you’ve known it for years remains the same. Just with a new logo and soon a number of new services to serve you even better.
Good intentions
The renewed Kinamo logo was, as stated at the beginning of this blog post, on the list of our resolutions for 2020. Other good intentions on our list are the creation of a new Kinamo website with not only our current services but also a whole series of new services and initiatives.
This new Kinamo website will be in our new brand style. You can already see our new branding on our posts on social media and on our recently launched network status page for Kinamo.
We also made business cards in the new Kinamo branding. Do you like them?
